Bottle unscramblers

UNIMAC-GHERRI TWISTER-F-Hx robotic bottle unscramblers are monoblock machines designed to automate bottle feeding to filling and capping lines in the food sector.

Machines are available in different sizes and performance levels, with capacities up to 150 pieces/min for symmetrical products and up to 120 pieces/min for asymmetrical products requiring orientation during placement.

Thanks to advanced robotics and integrated vision systems, TWISTER-F-Hx unscramblers guarantee continuous, precise, and safe feeding, optimizing packaging line efficiency and reducing downtime.

Technical Features:
  1. Bottle hopper with variable volume depending on required productivity
  2. Motorized elevator belt with inverter speed control
  3. Special belt infeed conveyor to prevent slipping of cylindrical bottles, with asynchronous gearmotor controlled by inverter and encoder for real-time container positioning
  4. Adjustable rotary brush to prevent bottle overlapping towards delta robots
  5. Vision system with SMART CAMERA (dual IR + visible technology) for identifying symmetrical and asymmetrical containers with logos or labels
  6. Motorized camera height adjustment for optimal focus during format change, programmable on machine HMI
  7. Adjustable IR backlighting under conveyor
  8. 4- or 5-axis delta robots with servo drives
  9. Suction cup gripper for bottle handling
  10. Vacuum outfeed conveyor for ordered containers
  11. Elevator for recovery of unprocessed bottles back to hopper
  12. Reject system for non-oriented bottles
